RETURNS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
However, because the products are made-to-order on an individual basis, we cannot offer returns or refunds on mistaken orders on the part of customers, such as changing your mind about color or size. For this reason we ask that you carefully consider your order for the correct design and size.
SHIPPING
Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. The products are made-to-order, meaning your order has to be printed/embroidered before it can be sent for delivery.
Delivery is $4.99 for all orders in the U.S. For all other orders outside the USA there’s a flat rate of $7.99.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
WHAT DOES ‘WOLVES’ MEAN?
The idea started when I was figuring out what I wanted to do in college. I saw a quote that related a wolf to someone who is always on the hunt for more, not to impress others or show-off, but purely out of personal ambitions. I got the word wolves tattooed on me when I was 18 to always remind myself to never settle and to always pursue my ambitions. Wolves is a mindset on the individual journey of chasing your dreams.
HOW DO I MAKE SURE I ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE?
All of the apparel are a standard, relaxed unisex fit. If you order a size Medium, the product will be a US size Medium!
I work with a print-on-demand company. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
This logo is upside down so it’s readable by the person wearing the apparel. It’s the same as the tattoo on my thigh as it’s only for my perspective and no one else’s. When you wear the merch, it’s a reminder of the meaning behind the word.
